Elevator Rescue App is a professional training and reference tool designed for elevator technicians, rescue personnel, and service professionals. Access comprehensive video guides covering multiple elevator manufacturers, door types, interlocks, and rescue procedures.

Access all premium content with an active subscription. Choose the plan that works best for you.
Subscription Plans
Monthly: $1.99/month
Yearly: $20.00/year (save $3.88!)
Both plans include unlimited access to all videos and support up to 3 devices.
How Many Devices Can I Use?
Each subscription supports up to 3 devices. You can link your phone, tablet, and a backup device. Manage your devices anytime from the app Settings > Manage Devices.
How to Subscribe
- Visit our subscription page
- Enter your email and name
- Select your preferred plan (monthly or yearly)
- Complete payment via secure Stripe checkout
- Check your email for confirmation
- Open the app on your device to activate
Managing Your Subscription
To view your subscription details, manage devices, or update your payment:
- Open the Elevator Rescue app
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- View your plan, linked devices, and billing information
How to Cancel or Modify Your Subscription
You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time:
- Open the app and go to Settings > Subscription
- Tap "Manage Subscription" or "Cancel Subscription"

🔗 Multi-Device Support
Now you can link up to 3 devices to your subscription! Perfect for technicians who use multiple devices in the field or want to share access with team devices.
How to Link Devices:
- On your first device, open the app and go to Settings > Manage Devices
- Tap "Link Another Device"
- A 6-digit code will be sent to your email (valid for 15 minutes)
- On your second device, open the app and enter the code when prompted
- Give your device a nickname (e.g., "Work Phone", "iPad")
- Done! Your new device now has access
📱 Device Management
View all your linked devices and manage them from any active device:
- See which devices are linked to your subscription
- View device nicknames and when they were linked
- Remove devices that you no longer use
- Re-link devices if needed
To manage devices: Go to Settings > Manage Devices in the app.
🔐 Enhanced Security
All device linking is now email-verified with secure 6-digit codes. Features include:
- Email verification for all new devices
- 15-minute code expiration for security
- Rate limiting (3 codes per hour) to prevent abuse
- Automatic access revocation when devices are removed
- Audit logging for all device management actions

How do I subscribe?
Visit our subscription page, fill in your details, choose your plan, and complete the checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after subscribing.
I didn't receive my confirmation email
First, check your spam/junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact us at tuzzolino.general@gmail.com with your subscription email address.
How do I link multiple devices?
You can link up to 3 devices per subscription:
- Open the app on your first device and go to Settings > Manage Devices
- Tap "Link Another Device" to send a 6-digit code to your email
- On your second device, open the app and enter the code when prompted
- Give the device a nickname and you're done!
How do I remove a device?
To remove a device from your subscription:
- Open the app on any active device
- Go to Settings > Manage Devices
- Tap the device you want to remove and confirm
The removed device will lose access immediately.
The app says my subscription is inactive
This can happen if:
- Your payment failed - check your payment method
- Your subscription was canceled
- The device was removed from your subscription
- You need to link this device to your subscription

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime:

How do I download videos for offline viewing?
Navigate to any video detail screen and tap the download icon. Downloaded videos appear in the Downloads tab at the bottom of the app. You can watch them anytime without an internet connection.
How do I cast videos to my TV?
When viewing a video, tap the cast icon in the top-right corner. Select your Chromecast or AirPlay-compatible device from the list. The video will stream to your TV while you control playback from your phone or tablet.
How do I search for specific content?
Tap the Search icon at the bottom of the app. You can search by manufacturer name, door type, interlock model, or keywords. Results show all matching videos across manufacturers.
What manufacturers are included?
The app includes comprehensive video libraries for major elevator manufacturers including Otis (Generations 1-2), Schindler (Generations 1-4), ThyssenKrupp (Generations 1-3), Kone, Mitsubishi, GAL, Fujitec, Westinghouse, and many others. We regularly add new manufacturers and update existing content.
Troubleshooting
Videos won't play
- Check your internet connection (try switching between WiFi and cellular)
- Close and restart the app
- Update to the latest version from the App Store
- Clear downloaded videos if storage is full (Downloads ??? Manage)
- Restart your device
App crashes or freezes
- Force quit the app (swipe up from bottom, swipe app away)
- Restart your device
- Update to the latest iOS version
- Update the app from the App Store
- Delete and reinstall the app if the issue persists
Search isn't finding content
- Try different keywords (manufacturer name, door type, model number)
- Check spelling
- Pull down to refresh the content list
- Ensure you have an active internet connection
